Warranty Period
Our leather wallets come with a 12-month warranty and a warranty card. The warranty period for every product is shown on its product page and on the warranty card included in the box.

What Is Covered
- Stitching that comes loose under normal use
- Faulty zips, buttons, snaps and buckles
- Edge or lining defects caused by manufacturing
- Hardware that breaks without misuse

What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, natural leather creases and colour change (patina)
- Damage from water, fire, chemicals, heat or accidents
- Damage from overfilling, cutting or misuse
- Products repaired or altered by someone else
- Lost warranty card or proof of purchase

- We check the issue and arrange a repair or replacement
